Pastor Clefrin F. Thompson
"His call to the ministry is not just to be a Pastor, but he has been called to heal, restore and lead God’s people into
righteousness."

From the Pastor's Desk
"Having therefore obtained help of God, I continue unto this day, witnessing both to small and great, saying none other things
than those which the prophets and Moses did say should come." (Acts 26:22)
In all thy ways acknowledge the Lord and He shall direct your path. Truly words are insufficient to express to God my sincere gratitude for His amazing multi-faceted blessings upon Exodus Deliverance Temple. It has been only a few short years since this church has been established in the City of Mississauga, Ontario. To God be all glory and honour. There were times when I thought that God had forgotten His promises to me and the Exodus church. As I look in retrospect to the inauguration of the Exodus Church on April 11, 1999, I remember kneeling in prayer at our place of worship, 6970 Second Line, and the Lord God said to me audibly that if Exodus is united He will bless. Thanks to the Lord He has been faithful to His promises.
There were times when Exodus experienced some difficult moments that I personally questioned, as a Pastor, “What could be done to please the hearts of people?” But I have continued steadfast in prayer and fasting believing that God would surely come through and would be faithful to His promise never to leave us nor forsake us.
To all who are actively fulfilling a Pastoral role, believe me when I tell you that intercessory prayer is essential to the success of any ministry. I have personally proven II Chronicles 7:14 to be as God pronounced it: “If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.” Prayer is the substratum for any successful church. The church that is in operation by the Holy Spirit can and will conquer any tumultuous situation. I encourage all persons in ministry to be sure that your work is built upon the foundation of truth and righteousness and, most importantly, that God is in control.
